Mathematics Department
The ability to understand and successfully apply mathematical knowledge is critical to today’s citizen. The students of Ladue must learn to explore, conjecture, and reason logically as well as develop self-confidence in seeking, evaluating, and implementing information to become lifelong mathematical problem-solvers and decision-makers.
To develop these skills, tasks are selected to engage the students’ interest and intellect. Teachers offer learning activities that actively involve students and are differentiated to meet the needs of all students.
